Phoenix Management Group, LLC (PMG) is a nationwide management company based in Charlotte, NC. We provide comprehensive management services to investors, owners and developers in their target markets. With over 25 years of combined management experience, PMG has successfully managed over 20,000 beds in 46 different markets nationwide. Our goal isn’t to be the biggest management company, we strive to be the best. Whether you are looking for multi-family, student, build to rent, or single-family home management, we have a proven track record of success and the experience to provide institutional-level results, all with a boutique feel. The How
At PMG, relationships are at the core of what we do. We take the time to understand our clients’ goals and tailor our services to meet their specific needs. Institutional program approaches allow for greater efficiencies for large management companies, but by forcing clients to accept those terms, those companies are often unaware to the real needs of their clients, the properties and most importantly, the residents.
