PMG offers a full range of services from initial construction through maintaining operations including Day to day administration, marketing and leasing expertise, resident involvement programming, staffing and training as well as facilities upkeep, and maintenance. Phoenix is a full-service Management group including not only the administrative services necessary to it's clients but advisement on development and strategic marketing.
Through our extensive research and experience in the housing industry, the management team at Phoenix has discovered the most important criteria a resident looks for when considering housing. These include but may not be limited to: A resident’s perception of their housing, the location and proximity to the city center as well as the proximity to the university students attend, the size and practicality of the residence, the ability to add their own personal style, and the environmental sustainability of the residence.

Institutional program approaches allow for greater efficiencies for large management companies, but by forcing clients to accept those terms, those companies are often unaware to the real needs of their clients, the properties and most importantly, the residents.
